• What materials do you use in Larena brooches?

Our brooches are made from certified stainless steel, with silver, or 18K gold plating.

• Do you offer custom brooch designs? 

At the moment we don’t offer custom brooch design.

• How should I care for my brooches? (Cleaning, storage, etc.)

To ensure the longevity of your brooch, avoid using harsh chemicals for washing or polishing. Before using any cleaning solution, make sure to dust off the piece and dust away any particles with a soft brush. It's important that you do this very gently because you don't want these tiny particles to scratch any of the surfaces of your brooch. Each Larena brooch is packaged in an eco-friendly paper box, complete with a black pouch designed to safeguard your brooch.

• Can Larena brooches be pinned to every fabric?

Our brooches can be pinned to most fabrics except very delicate fabrics like silk or linen. Be careful not to pin a brooch to thin fabric that can’t support it as the weight of a brooch could damage the material. We recommend to try it in the pice of your clothes that is not that visible (such as back down part).

• How much does shipping cost?

If you sign up with your email, standard shipping in Australia is for free. Express delivery in Australia (1-4 business days) for $15.

• Do you offer international shipping?

We offer shipping to the United States. Standard International $25.00 for orders under $180.00 with delivery time 6-27 business days. For orders above $180, standard shipping to USA is for free.

• What is your return policy?

• Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment we don’t offer gift wrapping.
